Soccer Recap: Long Comes Up Short

After flying high against Geneva on Friday, Long came back down to earth. The Rebels fell just short of the Bayshore Christian Eagles by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Long's goal came courtesy of Samuel Spencer, who's now up to two this season.

Long's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Bayshore Christian, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Long will take on New Brockton at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Bayshore Christian, they will take on Andalusia in a tournament on Friday.
