Volleyball Recap: Hamilton County Takes a Loss

Hamilton County extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to four on Tuesday, dropping them down to 0-3. They came up short against the Suwannee Bulldogs, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

As for Suwannee, they now have a winning record of 3-2. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for them yet this season.

Suwannee had a senior duo take command as Ansleigh Kelley had 14 digs and three aces and Avery Music had 21 assists and eight digs. Those 14 digs set a new season-high mark for Kelley.

Hamilton County has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Fort White on the 28th. As for Suwannee, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Baker County on the 28th.
