            After soaring to eight  goals the game before, Chandler Prep was a bit more limited  in their  match  on Wednesday. They took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the San Tan Charter Roadrunners. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Roadrunners apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in January of 2022.
 Chandler Prep was without their leading scorer,  Alejandro Zamora, in Wednesday's   game. With  Zamora sidelined, Chandler Prep had to make some  changes to the lineup. And.
Chandler Prep now  has a losing record at 2-3-1. As for San Tan Charter,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 6-2.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chandler Prep is headed away from home for the first time to  challenge  Gilbert Classical Academy  at 5:30  p.m.  on Friday. One thing working in Gilbert Classical Academy's favor is that they have posted at least four  goals  in their last four contests. As for San Tan Charter, they will head out to  square off against Tombstone  at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Tombstone is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.2  goals per game  this season.
