Preview: Crestwood Red Devils vs. Berkshire Badgers
Crestwood is 2-8 against Berkshire since December of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Crestwood Red Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Berkshire Badgers at 6:45 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Crestwood struggled with assists on Thursday (Cloverleaf had 700% more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Crestwood fell 46-37 to Cloverleaf. Crestwood has struggled against Cloverleaf recently, as their match on Thursday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Hannah Ward put forth a good effort for the losing side as she scored 11 points along with 3 blocks. Abby Guyette was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 3 steals.
Meanwhile, Berkshire's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They took a 41-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of Southeast.
The losses dropped Crestwood to 1-2 and Cloverleaf to 2-1.
Crestwood came up short against Berkshire in their previous matchup back in January, falling 50-39. Can Crestwood avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
