Football Recap: Haralson County's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

After flying high against Temple last Friday, Haralson County came back down to earth. The Rebels fell 48-42 to the Pepperell Dragons on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rebels of the 35-20 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Haralson County's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3. As for Pepperell, they pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Haralson County is set to challenge their familiar foe Bremen at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Pepperell will square off against rival Heard County at 7:30 p.m. on the 31st.
