Rivers fell victim to Austin Prep and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 8-0. The Red Wings have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, St. Mark's and Buckingham Browne & Nichols finished up on equal footing with a 10-10 tie on Monday.

St. Mark's tie makes their record 3-2-1 this season. As for Rivers, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Rivers came out on top in a nail-biter against St. Mark's when the teams last played back in April of 2024, sneaking past 4-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Wings since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
