Bourne put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 15-14 W against the Case Cardinals. The 15-point effort marked the Canalmen's lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Bourne's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Case, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Bourne will challenge Fairhaven at 6:30 p.m. on the 17th. As for Case, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Seekonk at 6:30 p.m. on the 24th.
