Evansville Mater Dei and Forest Park are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2018, but not for long. Having just played yesterday, the Evansville Mater Dei Wildcats will jump right back in to play the Forest Park Rangers at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Evansville Mater Dei is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Perry Central 39-37.

Meanwhile, Forest Park had just enough and edged out North Posey 37-35 on Friday. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Forest Park's victory bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Evansville Mater Dei, their win bumped their record up to 6-16.

Evansville Mater Dei couldn't quite get it done against Forest Park in their previous matchup back in February as they fell 54-43. Can Evansville Mater Dei avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
