Baseball Recap: Troy Comes Up Short

Troy's last matchup with North Farmington could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. The Colts lost 9-1 to the Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-2 on Monday.

This is the second loss in a row for Troy and nudges their season record down to 13-5. As for North Farmington, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-12.

While Troy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
