Volleyball Recap: Ashland Takes a Loss

Ashland came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the North Eugene Highlanders. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Grizzlies have suffered since September 25th.

Ashland's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-10. As for North Eugene, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-9 record this season.

Ashland will host Churchill at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Eugene, they will venture away from home to challenge Marshfield on Saturday.
