Naselle is a perfect 5-0 against Chief Leschi since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Comets will welcome the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. Naselle will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.

Naselle is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Washington's top teams: North Beach, who was ranked 20th at the time (Naselle was ranked fourth). The Comets claimed a resounding 70-20 win over the Hyaks. Considering the Comets have won four games by more than 43 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Naselle had a senior duo take command as Jason Gardner rushed for 108 yards and a pair of scores on only five carries and Leith Chadwick gained 234 total yards.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 34 points the game before, Chief Leschi was a bit more limited in their contest last Friday. They had to suffer through a 47-6 loss at the hands of Ocosta.

Chief Leschi dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Naselle, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Everything came up roses for Naselle against Chief Leschi when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 73-0 win. Will the Comets repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
