There's no place like home for Marshall, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Sand Creek Aggies on Saturday as they made off with an 11-1 win. Considering the Redhawks have won four contests by more than eight runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Marshall is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. Having lost for the first time this season, Sand Creek fell to 5-1.

Coming up, Marshall will head out on the road to square off against Western at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Redhawks are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Sand Creek, they have already played their next game, an 11-10 win against Union City on the 19th.
