Soccer Recap: Klein Collins Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Klein Collins was not quite Magnolia West's equal in the second half on Friday. They fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 2-1. While losing is never fun, Klein Collins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 292nd, while Magnolia West are ranked 69th).

Klein Collins' goal came courtesy of Jeremiah Ramirez, which was the first he's scored this season.

Klein Collins' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-3. As for Magnolia West, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-0-1.
