STORYLINES

* Three starters are back from New Albany's 27-1 state championship team – including the one that everybody in Indiana is going to be talking about this year, junior star Langford. Last year as a sophomore he took the Hoosier State by storm, pouring in 29.3 points, 9.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. He went for 46 – including 43 in the first three quarters – in a semistate blowout of one-time No. 1-ranked Southport.

* Dec. 15 should be a special night for New Albany as the Bulldogs will take the floor at the New Castle Fieldhouse – the world's largest high school basketball gymnasium. The task will be equally as large as the Bulldogs take on Independent Top 10 No. 1 La Lumiere in an ESPN-televised showdown.
