Hart suffered their biggest defeat since October 25, 2024 on Friday. They were outmatched by the Central Montcalm Hornets and fell 60-24. If the Pirates were looking for revenge after losing 38-16 to the Hornets when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

When it comes to explaining why Hart lost, don't look at Kyle Greiner. Despite the final result, he rushed for 122 yards and one touchdown. Greiner is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 122 every time he's taken the field this season.

Central Montcalm had a senior duo take command as Zayne Cooper threw for 290 yards and a pair of TDs on perfect 12-for-12 passing and Jamison Johns gained 144 total yards.

Hart now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Central Montcalm, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.
