Football Recap: Fremont Beats Alta for Their Fourth Straight Win

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Fremont walked away with it. They secured a 31-27 W over the Alta Hawks on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Silverwolves sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Fremont's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Manase Tuatagaloa, who threw for 208 yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 66 yards. Salesi Moa was another key pass catcher, picking up 139 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Despite the loss, Alta still got an impressive performance from Tucker Brown, who threw for 228 yards and three TDs.

Fremont's record is now 9-2. As for Alta, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Fremont will challenge Brighton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Alta does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
