Volleyball Recap: Millard South Extends Winning Streak to Four

Millard South came tearing into Tuesday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Bellevue East Chieftains as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Millard South was: they took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-7, 25-10.

Scotlyn Erwin paced Millard South's offense, picking up 12 kills. Erwin got some help from Bailey Wyzenski and her 35 assists. Jamie Murcek controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Millard South's win bumped their record up to 27-6. As for Bellevue East, they dropped their record down to 9-15 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Millard South does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bellevue East, they will head out to challenge Omaha South at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
