Softball Recap: Hilliard Davidson Comes Up Short

Hilliard Davidson saw some tournament action on Friday. They took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tippecanoe Red Devils. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hilliard Davidson's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Tippecanoe, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hilliard Davidson will face off against Lawrence County at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Tippecanoe, they will square off against Spring Valley at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Timberwolves will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight.
