Basketball Recap: Shelton Takes a Loss

Shelton lost against Central Kitsap back in February of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Shelton Highclimbers fell 48-40 to the Central Kitsap Cougars.

Shelton's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Central Kitsap, with the victory, they broke their nine-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shelton will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Capital at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Central Kitsap, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Kitsap at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
