Softball Recap: Eunice Cardinals vs. Jal Panthers
After only two runs in their last matchup, Eunice made sure to put some runs up on the board against Jal on Tuesday. The Cardinals sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 12-11 win over the Panthers. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Cardinals' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Rylee Dillard and Isabella Pierce did most of the damage at the plate: Dillard went 4-for-5 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base, while Pierce went 3-for-5 with four runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. Those four hits gave Dillard a new career-high. Hallie Jones was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
