Soccer Game Preview: Milpitas vs. Lynbrook

Milpitas' defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They came out on top against Cupertino by a score of 2-0. Milpitas' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Ivan Santillan Yepez was the driving force of Milpitas' attack as he scored both of Milpitas' goals, bringing his season total up to three goals.

Meanwhile, Lynbrook fell victim to Fremont and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to the Firebirds. Lynbrook have struggled against Fremont recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Lynbrook's loss dropped their record down to 6-6-3. As for Milpitas, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.
