Woods Cross waltzed into their matchup on Friday with 13 straight wins... but they left with 14. They put the hurt on the Alta Hawks with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Woods Cross was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-13, 25-8.

Sitoafa Tausinga paced Woods Cross' offense, picking up 14 kills. Tausinga got some help from Zamari Christensen and her 36 assists. Alisi Tapaatoutai controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Woods Cross' win bumped their record up to 24-1. As for Alta, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-13 record this season.
