Soccer Recap: Coral Reef Falls Short of Ferguson in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Coral Reef can now relate to. They fell just short of the Ferguson Falcons by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Barracudas were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Coral Reef's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8-5. As for Ferguson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-1-2.

Coral Reef does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ferguson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against South Dade on the 30th.
