Soccer Recap: Calvary Christian Takes a Loss

The matchup between Calvary Christian and St. Anne-Pacelli on Tuesday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Calvary Christian Knights lost 10-0 to the St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 183rd, while the Vikings are ranked fifth).

This is the second loss in a row for Calvary Christian and nudges their season record down to 4-4-1. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Coincidentally, Calvary Christian and St. Anne-Pacelli will both be playing Brookstone the next time they take the pitch. Calvary Christian will head out to face Brookstone at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while St. Anne-Pacelli will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on March 25th.
