Basketball Recap: Holliston Comes Up Short

Holliston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 57-50 to the Medway Mustangs. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 229th, while the Mustangs are ranked 93rd).

Holliston's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Medway, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-6.

Holliston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Medway, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Franklin at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
