Basketball Game Preview: Weld Central Rebels vs. Eaton Reds

The Weld Central Rebels will head out on the road to take on the Eaton Reds at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Wednesday, Weld Central came up short against Fort Morgan and fell 59-46.

Meanwhile, Eaton also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to University by a score of 70-60. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Thursday (57), the Reds still had to take the loss.

Weld Central has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 2-16 record this season. As for Eaton, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.

Weld Central was taken down by Eaton 83-47 when the teams last played two weeks ago. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Weld Central was down 46-24.
