Football Recap: Sperry Comes Up Short

Sperry's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-4. As for Metro Christian, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Coming up, Sperry will be playing at home against Sequoyah at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Indians' defense has only allowed 13.2 points per game this season, so the Pirates' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Metro Christian, they will take on Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
