Volleyball Recap: North Middlesex Regional Takes a Loss

North Middlesex Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Bay Path RVT Minutemen. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Minutemen this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in April.

North Middlesex Regional's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Bay Path RVT, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 16-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Middlesex Regional will square off against Nashoba Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots are facing the Wolves at the right time seeing as the Wolves are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Bay Path RVT, they will face off against North at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday.
