Basketball Game Preview: Dos Palos Broncos vs. Minarets Mustangs + How To Watch

The Dos Palos Broncos and the Minarets Mustangs will face off at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Dos Palos saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 47-34 to Chowchilla. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Dos Palos had strong showings from Tevin Clay, who posted 11 points, and Anthony Lish, who scored 12 points.

Meanwhile, Minarets also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Mt. Whitney by a score of 42-33. The game marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Minarets' defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Dos Palos, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Dos Palos didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Minarets when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 57-52 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Broncos since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
