Volleyball Recap: Freedom Patriots vs. Whitehall Zephyrs
Freedom lost against Whitehall back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Patriots fell just short of the Zephyrs by a score of 3-2. The loss was the Patriots' first of the season.
In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Freedom sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-21, 23-25, 25-14, 19-25, 15-13.

Several Patriots players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Joe Braun, who had ten kills, five digs, two blocks, and two aces. Braun has been hot recently, having posted five or more kills the last three times he's played. Ayden Willman was another key player, getting 15 kills, 15 digs, and five blocks.
Having lost for the first time this season, Freedom fell to 10-1. As for Whitehall, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
