Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Jenkins' Seventh in Last Eight Outings

Jenkins hadn't done well against Southeast Bulloch recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Warriors put the hurt on the Yellow Jackets with a sharp 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Yellow Jackets back in September, they had to take a 2-1 defeat.

Jenkins' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Emily Carter, who had 15 assists. Carter has been hot, having posted 12 or more assists the last five times she's played.

Jenkins is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-10 record this season. As for Southeast Bulloch, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-18 record this season.

As of now, neither Jenkins nor Southeast Bulloch have any future games scheduled.
