Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ann-Sophie Grandchamp and Reese Harrell Lead Lakeland Preparatory to Victory

The Lakeland Preparatory Lions were able to grind out a solid victory over the St. George's Gryphons on Monday, taking the game 42-31.

Lakeland Preparatory was led to victory by Reese Harrell and Ann-Sophie Grandchamp. Harrell almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds, while Grandchamp posted five points and six steals.

The win got Lakeland Preparatory back to even at 1-1. As for St. George's, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Lakeland Preparatory has already played their next game, a 38-24 defeat against Lausanne Collegiate on the 3rd. St. George's has also already played their next contest (against Trezevant), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
