Recap: Clifton Central Comets vs. Milford Bearcats        
        
		
            
 The Clifton Central Comets had to endure  a  three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Milford by a score of  57-48  on Saturday. That's another feather in the cap for Clifton Central, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 Clifton Central's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Aidan Podowicz, who  scored 21 points along with six  steals. Podowicz hasn't dropped below two  steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was  Blake Chandler, who  scored 18 points along with five  rebounds.
 Clifton Central's win  ended a four-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 15-9. As for Milford, they dropped their record down to 9-13 with that  defeat, which was their third straight  at home.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clifton Central will take on Gardner-South Wilmington at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Milford, they will be playing at home against Donovan at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday.
