Volleyball Recap: Randolph Falls Short Against Ranked Mt. Abraham + How To Watch

Randolph faced Mt. Abraham in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Ghosts fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2. The Ghosts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Randolph actually scored more points across those five sets (105-99), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22, 19-25, 15-25, 15-13.

Randolph's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Mt. Abraham, their win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 4-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Randolph is set to challenge their familiar foe Harwood at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Mt. Abraham will face off against rival Montpelier at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
