Basketball Recap: Pinewood Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Pinewood can bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They came out on top against the Drew Dragons by a score of 81-72.

Despite the loss, Drew still got an impressive performance from Kian Chan, who posted 22 points and five boards. Chan's afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nicholas Ordonez Reyes, who put up 15 points.

Pinewood now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Drew, their loss dropped their record down to 9-14.

Pinewood will challenge Harker at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Drew, they will square off against San Francisco Waldorf at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Drew has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 214 points over their last three matches.
