Basketball Recap: Hondo Valley Takes a Loss

Hondo Valley lost against Mountainair two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hondo Valley Eagles took a 50-34 bruising from the Mountainair Mustangs. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hondo Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Mountainair, their win bumped their record up to 6-18.

We've got a battle between Eagles coming up. As for Mountainair, they will take on Alamo Navajo at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
