Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Christopher Oladeji stepped things up a notch to give Lambert the 'W'. Oladeji picked up a sack and made eight total tackles (1.5 for loss), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made seven or more in each of the last three games he's played.
