Meanwhile, Bellarmine College Prep posted their closest win since February 29, 2024 on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against St. Ignatius College Preparatory, sneaking past 56-54.

Bellarmine College Prep is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points over those games. As for Valley Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-6.

Valley Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Bellarmine College Prep when the teams last played back in January, winning 58-49. The rematch might be a little tougher for Valley Christian since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
