Basketball Recap: Episcopal Comes Up Short

Episcopal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 49-42 to the Riverview Raiders. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-49 back in December of 2024.

Episcopal's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Riverview, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-2.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Episcopal Wildcats challenge the Lisa Academy North Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lisa Academy North will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Episcopal surely won't give up without a fight. As for Riverview, they will welcome Bald Knob at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
