JJ Smith Game Report: @ Mesa Verde

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on JJ Smith: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made six total tackles (1.0 for loss) as Justin Garza took down Mesa Verde 18-12. We hope Friday's game is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.
