Parowan is a perfect 5-0 against Water Canyon since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Rams will take on the Wildcats at 3:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Friday, Parowan came up short against Milford and fell 10-6. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Water Canyon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 32nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 24-8 to El Capitan. On the bright side, the eight- run effort marked the Wildcats' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Jaklyn Dutson was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in both of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Sundae Holm, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 1-for-2.

Water Canyon's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Parowan, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-20.

Parowan took their win against Water Canyon in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 29-3 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
