Soccer Game Preview: Liberty vs. Frisco

The Liberty Redhawks will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against the Frisco Raccoons at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Liberty is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Saturday, they were much more limited against Marcus on Friday. They came up short against the Marauders, falling 4-1.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Frisco). They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Lone Star on Thursday.

Frisco's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2-1. As for Liberty, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Liberty beat Frisco by a goal in their previous meeting back in March of 2022, winning 4-3. Does Liberty have another victory up their sleeve, or will Frisco turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
