Softball Recap: Edwin O. Smith Extends Road Winning Streak to Nine

Olivia Lipps made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 12 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Rachael Morales, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Another player making a difference was Louise Champage, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
