            Basketball Recap: Pendleton Bulldogs vs. Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines        
        
		
        
        
            Pendleton played a tough  contest  on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against  the Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines, falling  54-33. The  match marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring  game so far this season.
 Despite the  defeat, Pendleton saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Savion Johnson  posted nine points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Malachi Woodruff, who  put up seven  points.
Pendleton dropped their record down to 2-11 with the  loss, which was their eighth straight  on the road dating back to last season. As for Prince Avenue Christian, the  win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 13-1.
 Pendleton will be playing at home against Fountain Inn  at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Pendleton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.5  points per game  this season. As for Prince Avenue Christian, they will venture away from home to  face off against Hart County  at 7:30  p.m.  on January 7th.
