Soccer Recap: Lake Highland Prep Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Lake Highland Prep Highlanders came up short against the NSU University Sharks and fell 4-2. While losing is never fun, the Highlanders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 81st, while the Sharks are ranked 19th).

Lake Highland Prep's loss dropped their record down to 5-4-1. As for NSU University, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-3-1.

Lake Highland Prep will host Lyman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for NSU University, they will head out to take on Trinity Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. NSU University is facing Trinity Prep at the right time seeing as Trinity Prep is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
