Volleyball Recap: Vistamar Takes a Loss

Vistamar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the California Academy of Math & Science Coyotes. The Vikings were not able to make up for their loss to the Coyotes from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Vistamar's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for California Academy of Math & Science, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Vistamar will challenge rival Hawthorne Math & Science Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, California Academy of Math & Science is set to face off against their familiar foe Wildwood at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
