There's no place like home for Mountain View, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They blew past the Los Altos Eagles 56-32 on Friday. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season.

Jayden Minor was his usual excellent self, going 7 of 12 en route to 18 points along with five rebounds and four steals. He has been hot recently, having posted four or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Will Chesley, who went 5 for 12 on his way to 12 points.

The win got Mountain View back to even at 10-10. As for Los Altos, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.

Mountain View will venture away from home to face off against Wilcox at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mountain View is facing Wilcox at the right time seeing as Wilcox is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Los Altos, they will welcome Gunn at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Los Altos will also cruise into their next contest with the timing on their side: Gunn will have lost three straight heading into Wednesday's match.
