Softball Recap: Grandview Takes a Loss

Grandview lost against Ephrata on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Greyhounds came up short against the Tigers, falling 9-1. The Greyhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grandview saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ava Mora, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Grandview's loss dropped their record down to 4-4-2. As for Ephrata, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Grandview is taking a road trip to take on Othello at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Greyhounds will need to watch out since the Huskies have now posted at least ten runs in their last four matchups. As for Ephrata, they will host Toppenish at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
