Baseball Recap: North Schuylkill Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses at Home

North Schuylkill posted their closest win since May 26, 2024 on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the South Williamsport Mountaineers 4-2.

Chase Slotcavage was excellent, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

North Schuylkill's win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-5. As for South Williamsport, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-3.

Coming up, North Schuylkill will be playing at home against Tri-Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Williamsport, they will venture away from home to challenge Troy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
