Maclay not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 5, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They blew past the North Florida Christian Eagles 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Marauders in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won nine in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Maclay took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-12, 25-11.

Kate Hartmann paced Maclay's offense, picking up seven kills. Hartmann were helped by Bella Krizner and Finley Cutcliffe, who contributed nine assists each. Hartmann also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Addison Davis, racking up six apiece.

The win got Maclay back to even at 4-4. As for North Florida Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maclay will square off against Wakulla Christian School at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Florida Christian, they will take on Wakulla at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
